Here are a few peanut butter bar recipes, that make treating yourself and your loved ones with desserts very easy.

Two mind-blowing no bake peanut butter bars

1. Peanut Butter Bars with Graham Crackers
Ingredients
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
4 tablespoons peanut butter
Directions
Add butter or margarine, graham cracker crumbs, confectioners’ sugar, and a cup of peanut butter and blend well.
Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking tray
Melt the peanut butter and chocolate chips on a double boiler. Keep stirring it, and ensure it is smooth.
Pour and spread it over the crust and allow it to set and cool in the fridge for an hour.

2. Chocolate Chips Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients
1 ½ cups brown sugar
1 ¾ cups powdered sugar
10 tablespoons butter, divided
1 ½ cups peanut butter
1 cup milk chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Set aluminum foil on a 9-inch square pan.
Melt five tablespoons of butter and add in the brown and powdered sugar. Stir well and add the peanut butter. Mix them well.
Add chocolate chips and the remaining butter and heat it for a minute. Mix it well and heat for 30 seconds so it becomes smooth.
Pour this over the peanut butter crust, and spread it out on it evenly.
Set it aside to cool in the fridge for three hours, or even over night, but thaw it before serving.
Note:
Lining the pan with foil isn’t mandatory. This only helps you extract the bars out rather easily, and is hence advised to be used. If the bar sticks on to the edges of the foil, it might crumble when you try to take it out. And hence using the foil becomes a safety measure for making perfect bars.
If brown sugar isn’t easily available to you, you can always use a substitute – 1 ½ cups of sugar along with 1 ½ teaspoon molasses. Their flavor is strong and will do the trick in case you have no brown sugar with you. It won’t particularly let you know that the ingredient is missing from the recipe.
