Driving a Honda Accord Plug-in Hybrid car

Plug-in is a type of vehicle whose battery may be recharged by plugging, just like we charge our smartphones. Hybrids are those that may run either on gasoline or diesel with an electric motor and inbuilt rechargeable batteries.

Honda has launched its own variant of plug-in and hybrid (PHEV) called Honda Clarity.

Honda believes in working on every detail and the result is its brand new 2018 Honda Accord Plug-in Hybrid—Clarity.

One of the reasons plug-in Hybrids are the flavor of the season is its fuel efficiency. Honda Accord Plug-in Hybrid stands out tall as compared to its predecessors 2016 and 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid.

The highlights of the 2018 Honda Accord Plug-in Hybrid features impressive chassis turning, has a high-speed throttle, and a smooth driving. Pricing-wise, the new Honda Clarity is priced at $34,290, whereas the earlier 2017 Honda Accord price was $30,480.

The 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid did not have the Plug-in variant. But the new 2018 Honda Clarity has Plug-in and Hybrid co-existing, thereby giving an indefinite 47-mile range, combined with battery and gasoline. Though the Honda Clarity may not be your usual go-to car for long drives, you may be assured that in case you are out of recharge, the battery will let you drive for 1 to 2 miles, even when there are no gas stations nearby.

Honda has made no compromises when it comes to the interiors of the 2018 Honda Accord Plug-in Hybrid. The state-of-the-art audio equipment, bigger leg room, and more cargo space are what makes Honda Accord worth it. Till now, buyers were aware of a Plug-in and a Hybrid as separate cars, but now with 2018 Honda Accord Plug-in Hybrid, buyers may look forward to experience the best of both.

If there is any Plug-in Hybrid car that brings versatility to its overall looks and performance, that is Honda Accord Plug-in Hybrid. This has to be one of the coolest, no-noise green cars. If Honda Accord sale figures are any indication, more buyers are lining up for PHEV to get the benefit of state and federal tax credits.
