You can also soak your feet for 20 minutes daily in a tub filled with hot water which contains two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Mix Epsom salt with it to get better results.
  • Ginger
    Ginger contains many active components that help in increasing the circulation of the blood in the body. This helps in getting quick relief from burning sensation in the feet. Heat some coconut or olive oil and add a teaspoon of ginger juice in it. Massage your feet with mixture daily for 15 to 20 minutes. A warm ginger tea soak can also help in reducing the swelling and pain caused due to inflammation.
  • Bitter gourd
    Bitter gourd is one of the traditional remedies that is used for burning feet pain relief. Make a smooth paste of a handful of bitter gourd leaves and a little water and apply it on the affected area. Since it does not have any side effects, you can apply this paste until the pain subsides
  • Turmeric
    Turmeric contains a compound called as curcumin. This compound helps in increasing the blood circulation in the body. Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, it also helps in reducing burning sensations as well as pain caused due to neuropathy.
  • Thyme
    Used in many recipes, thyme has medicinal properties that help in relieving feet from burning sensation and pain by promoting blood circulation. It also helps in easing constricted blood vessels. Soak a handful of thyme in two separate bowls. Fill two buckets big enough for your feet. One with warm water and another one with cold water, and add the soaked thyme in the bucket evenly. Soak your feet in the bucket for 5 to 7 minutes into warm water bucket and change to cold water for the next few minutes. Alternate back and forth for the next 20 minutes.
